The QSD0830 is a high-power 8-inch precision dicing saw purpose-engineered for the demanding requirements of semiconductor packaging — QFN, BGA, PCB and large-format leadframe singulation. With a high-torque DC spindle and large-travel XY stage, it handles tough composite substrates that smaller dicing saws cannot process efficiently.
